What the work covers
- The selected number of routine scheduled maintenance visits.
- Priority scheduling and the repair discount described in your plan.
- The current catalog describes a $100 yearly new-system credit while membership remains continuous; confirm the plan conditions.
What may be separate
- Repair parts, replacement equipment and separately approved deep cleaning.
- Additional systems or visits unless included in the written agreement.
- An emergency call is not automatically a free visit. Confirm any applicable service charge.
What changes the price?
- One or two visits per year.

How we checked the prices.
These annual prices match the current Housecall Pro catalog and 11 completed jobs with paid plan charges from August through September 2026. Three jobs included one-visit plans and eight included two-visit plans. One job had two separate $149 plans. A covered second visit at $0 was checked separately and excluded from the purchase-price sample. Repair additions and an exceptional 50% discount are not lower plan prices.

Questions worth asking.
Do both maintenance plans include two visits?
No. The $149 annual plan includes one scheduled visit and the $199 annual plan includes two. Confirm how many systems your agreement covers.
Does maintenance include repairs and deep coil cleaning?
Routine inspection and the maintenance checklist are included. A failed part, chemical or pull-and-clean coil service, and other additional work need their own approved scope and price.
Is a no-charge maintenance visit a free plan?
No. A covered visit may have no separate visit charge because the annual agreement has already been paid. Repair additions and renewals are separate transactions.
