Should I choose the one-visit or two-visit plan?

The $149 plan covers one scheduled visit a year and the $199 plan covers two. Two visits, one in spring and one in fall, keep the system checked going into and coming out of the heaviest cooling months, and both plans include priority scheduling and ten percent off repairs.

What do members get besides the tune-up?

Priority scheduling, ten percent off repairs and a $100 yearly credit toward a new system while your membership stays continuous. Our labor warranty terms also require an active annual maintenance agreement.

Can maintenance lower a high summer power bill?

Sometimes. Dirty coils, a clogged filter, low refrigerant and a weak capacitor all make a system run longer, and a maintenance visit checks for them. First compare your kilowatt hours to the same month last year, because a rate change or a hotter month can cause a high summer electric bill with nothing wrong.
