$149 a year for one tune-up or $199 a year for two. Both plans include priority scheduling, ten percent off repairs and a $100 yearly credit toward a new system while your membership is continuous.
No. Repairs are quoted separately, but members get ten percent off any repair and priority scheduling. Parts, replacement equipment and deep coil cleaning are not part of the routine visit, as our maintenance plan pricing guide explains.
