Had an emergency repair. Called at 6am and they were out before 7am. My AC is old and there was water everywhere. Expected brand new system. Chris came out, 2.5h later the system is repaired and going strong again. Really great service. Chris himself was excellent. Very professional and detail oriented. And much faster than expected. Will absolutely be using this Farrell again.

Goose and Chris came to our rescue on Father's Day! Our air conditioning unit stopped working on Saturday night. They responded to our call at 10:30 PM, and they were here by 11:00 AM on Father's Day! The air conditioning is now fully operational. We extend our gratitude to Team Farrell, as always!

The Farrell Team is always amazing. My AC went out this morning and was able to contact Farrell AC at 9:00 AM and they had a service technician at my house at 12:30 PM. Riley, who scheduled the appointment, was courteous and understanding to my situation and was able to scheduled the appointment same day. James, the service tech, was at my house promptly, preformed his diagnostic and was able to pin point the issues within minutes. He was kind, courteous, knows his trade, and very professional. The Farrell team has great management and wonderful staff and could not ask for better service. Thank you to the Farrell Team and thank you for such wonderful service!

I needed a second opinion on my 3 year old unit. I won't say who the first service was but I needed some reassurance and guidance on my unit. Your two guys were great, thoroughly explaining all my concerns and questions. I am a very satisfied senior citizen who will use Ferrell from here on out. As usual any services I use with Farrell goes very well. From when I called to make an appointment to have Farrell air conditioning come to service my central air conditioning unit, the call was picked up immediately by Goose. He was very professional ,detailed oriented and found a day and slite that worked with my schedule. TJ was the technician who came out and I liked that I received a text that he was on his way and a picture of him. When he arrived he explained what he was going to do and where he was going to start first. He was very thorough and explained his findings. In addition, he took his time and answered all my questions. In addition his appearance was neat and professional. Both employees are a definite asset to Farrell Air Conditioning and when raise or bonus time comes around they should definitely be considered. I will gladly refer you to family, friends and neighbors. In addition Congratulations on being the of Best of Suncoast Readers Choice for 8 consecutive years in all service lines.
