What the work covers
- Checks of coolant levels and pressure, thermostat, wiring, contacts, capacitors and relays.
- Inspection of the evaporator coil, outdoor disconnect, fan and compressor operation.
- The catalog checklist includes condenser and condensate-drain cleaning; further work is quoted when needed.

Twelve completed tune-up jobs from June through September 2026 were checked. Routine single-system lines were $129–$155 before discounts. A two-system job had two $129 lines. Bundled repairs and previous discounts do not establish a cheaper current tune-up offer.

Is a tune-up the same as an AC repair?
No. A tune-up follows a routine inspection and maintenance checklist. If a part has failed or a larger problem is found, we explain the separate repair before proceeding.
What if I have two AC systems?
Tell us when booking. One reviewed visit charged two $129 tune-up lines for two systems. The written service scope should identify every system and any added work.
Should I book a tune-up or a maintenance plan?
A tune-up is a one-time visit. An annual plan includes its stated visit count and benefits. Compare the work and frequency rather than treating a plan price as the price of each included visit.
